hotplug много чего уже задолжал ;)
пропишу в modules - так спокойней :)

Хм... а кто какие порекомендует из личного опыта для AMD64 ?
Пока я лично заметил что при cpufreqd частота с 1000 до штатной 1800
увеличивается когда на чинаю кодировать видео (и правильно) а при
использовании powernowd этого не происходит, т.е. он продолжает
кодировать видео на 1000 :(
Опять же - управление скоростью вентиляторов - это к кому? acpi ? apm ?

Ну можно и не грузить... в конце концов мне не так уж сильно часто нужно
на них смотреть (т.е. вообще не нужно - не сервак)
