Здравствуйте!
У меня возникла потребность обеспечить для IP телефона примерно 10
килобайт в секунду вверх и вниз. Это вроде очень небольшая часть от
полосы, имеющейся на cable modem'е, но как только кто-нибудь из
локальной сети отправляет письмо с фотокарточками, или возникает ещё
какая-нибудь подобная ситуация увеличения исходящего траффика, телефон
загибается.
Я поглядел в сети и увидел "ADSL Bandwidth Management HOWTO", а также
"Linux Advanced Routing & Traffic Control HOWTO", плюс ещё ссылки на
dsl_qos_queue, которые утверждают что она ещё эффективнее и правильнее
чем все остальные способы.
Поэтому, прежде чем всё это пробовать, хочу спровить. Есть ли в
Сизифусе или Дедалусе средства для управления полосой пропускания
сетевого канала? Там оказывается надо не просто приоритет установить у
IP телефонии, но ещё и самому ограничить идущий на модем траффик чтобы
очереди образовывались не на нём а на нормальном линуксовском раутере.
И независимо от того, есть ли это в репозитариях, хочу спросить, если
кто-нибудь уже этим занимался, чем они пользовались и какие у них успехи.
