Правилами iptables или ipchains
Если dhcp запрос на получение адреса после включения это будет
от 0.0.0.0 на 255.255.255.255 (с порта 68 на 67)
Если dhcp запрос на продление аренды это будет
от <ip host> на <ip dhcpd server>
Если dhcp запрос на дополнительный адрес для proxy-arp это будет
от 0.0.0.0 на <ip dhcpd server>
Вроде так у меня было.
Сейчас для меня не актуально. После того как сделал связку dhcp+dns
и привязал ip к mac адресам проблема "рассосалась" без firewall
