Вот это вряд-ли (насчет пользования). Потому как ifmail не развивается
уже давно.

Скорее всего в пакете. Я уже заметил, что ftn-софт запустить в сизифе
можно только с напильником насчет путей и прав. Авторы софта обитают в
системах с менее строгими ограничениями, совершенно другими путями и уж
совсем с другими ограничениями при сборке rpm-пакетов.
Поэтому у меня ftn-софт живет после make, make install и правке путей и
прав.
