|Думаю, что не в ней. У меня она оказалась включена - я нашел ее. Вообще,
|обнаружил массу интересных эффектов при смене шрифтов и играниии с
|настройками "перекодировать" и "не надо", локаль CP1251 (koi8 пока не
|пробовал, но есть сильное подозрение что будет так же). Эффекты вплоть до
|понимания всех надписей и отсутствии возможности ввести что-то в ответ не
|бНОПНЕЙ.

Да все очень просто - вы запускаете xchat с локалью 1251 и заходите
(скорее всего) на сервер с каналом в кодировке KOI8-R. Так?
