1. Не знаю что такое в этом контексте hidden
2. Загрузиться с раздела, невидимого из Windows можно, но многое
зависит от bios - одна и та-же флешка может вести себя
по-разному - на некоторых компах загружаться, на некоторых нет.
Если на втром разделе стоит флаг загрузки, то вероятность
загрузки больше.
