По адресу ftp://beta.altlinux.com/centaurus/ и на torrent.altlinux.ru
доступна бета версия дистрибутива для серверов
и рабочих станций.
Основные изменения:
* 2.6.38-std-def в качестве десктопного ядра
* исправлена установка на некоторых radeon (не хватало firmware)
* работает создание kerberos domain, авторизация в нём, монтирование и
автомонтирование samba ресурсов (как в Ковчеге, но не прибитое
гвоздями). Кроме того, в alterator-net-domain появилась простая
диагностика состояния kerberos домена.
