С samba ситуацию как раз сейчас решают.
seamonkey -- видимо никто из тех, у кого есть на это время им не
пользуется (firefox и google chromium, однако).

Дело в том, что у мантейнеров еще и интересы меняются. И некоторые пакеты
становятся никому не интересны :(
