Ну так это же не беда clamav. Ему что дали, он то и проверяет. :-)
Я вот использую mailfromd в качестве связки между MTA (Sendmail)
и clamd. Там, в mailfromd, можно разные критерии задавать. Но, на
самом деле, в моей конфигурации, к clamd попадают все письма, для
которых принимается решение о приёме. И ничего не тормозит.
