Я могу смело 5 раз подтведить что apt хочет снести hal и только 1 (один) раз
что не подтверждаю. Причину сего я нашел.
Вот порядок действий:
apt-get install libusb-compat
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
libusb
The following packages will be upgraded
libusb
The following NEW packages will be installed:
libusb-compat
1 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 removed and 2 not upgraded.
apt-get dist-upgrade

Calculating Upgrade... Done
The following packages will be upgraded
hal libhal
2 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 removed and 0 not upgraded.
