Есть плата Moxa C218Turbo PCI, которая замечательно работает под ядром
2.6.18-std-smp-alt6 с родным модулем от самой фирмы.
Решил попробовать поставить новое ядро 2.6.27-std-srv-alt14. Но под этим
ядром собрать снова тот же модуль не могу, так как изменились многие важные
структуры. Я решил воспользоваться модулем самого ядра, дал команду на
загрузку, модуль сказал, что загрузил прошивку и... компьютер практически
перестал реагировать на клавиатуру. ps axf показал, что всё процессорное
время стал съедать ядерный процесс [events/0] вкупе с моей программой,
обменивающаяся с платой, напополам. Процессор Pentium4 2,8ГГц, одно
виртуальное ядро забито работой по макушку, второе - отдыхает, но мне от
этого не легче. Попытка перезагрузить систему приводит к нажатию кнопки
Reset, так как что-то стопорится в выгрузке модулей и процесс остановки
попросту останавливается. Как разрулить - непонятно.
Кто-нибудь работает с такими платами и как? Сайт Moxa ничего вразумительного
не дал. Как я понял, они написали драйвер и отдали его на откуп
разработчикам ядра, а там всё перепахали и всё встало колом.
P.S. Думаю попробовать другие варианты ядра, может, там не будет такой
проблемы.
