Решил всё-таки написать сюда.
Суть проблемы раскрывает бага
https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16900 . Если коротко, то нет
возможности подключить сизиф - вываливается ошибка
E: Количество имён пакетов превышает максимально допустимое для данной версии
APT!
E: Ошибка с MergeList /var/lib/rpm/Packages
E: Невозможно прочитать список пакетов или файл статуса.
Проблему в сизифе решили... сейчас бы закоммитить патч в бранчи(4.0,4.1),
чтобы люди смогли нормально пользоваться
