Если винт маленький, то других вариантов не посоветую:
с нескольких DVD apt всё равно сперва будет сливать нужное
в /var/cache/apt/archives. Возможно, проще найти кого с линуксом
на винте побольше и сетевой карточкой, слить туда и таки по NFS.
Хотя ещё один вариант -- внешний USB/1394-винт нужного размера.
