Нативного не будет в принципе. Он такой отсутствует в апстриме.
Для начала надо сконвертить arepo'м пакеты:
glibc-core
libtinfo
libncurses
(можно добавить gcc4.1 и соответствующие -devel)
Дальше три варианта, все они требуют использования i586-*
пакетов.
1. Собрать grub "нативно", для этого убить ExclusiveArch,
добавить префикс i586- ко всем BuildRequires и решить проблемы с
зависимостями /lib/libc.so.2(GLIBC_2.5) vs. libc.so.2(GLIBC_2.5)
2. На x86_64 делать пустой пакет grub и потом конвертить его в
i596-grub тем же arepo.
3. Тупо поставить grub.i586 в 64-bit систему.
В любом случае результат будет одинаковым и в любом случае нужны
i596-* пакеты от arepo.
