В Сизиф ушла обновлённая версия ncsh. Пара слов про возможности с примерами
настроек:

Особо хочу отметить вариант шейпинга с индивидуальными классами обработки
траффика для каждого хоста в сети, см. пример с class-factory; там
используется hash-table в tc filter, что обеспечивает бОльшую скорость и
мЕньшую нагрузку на хост, чем просто набор фильтров.
