Ядро там заранее обновлять не надо, а вот снести glibc-core-i686
(нужен для wine) надо обязательно, иначе получаем море мата в
процессе обновления и неотработавшие postinstall скрипты,
а в случае обрыва обновления - восстановление системы с помощью
rescue. Как раз вчера на это наступил - потратил часа 2 на
раборку с дупами.
