это он наверное не нашел заголовочные файлы ядра.
Вы установтили kernel-headers-std-smp?
сделайте ему ссылку:
/lib/modules/2.6.18-std-smp-alt6/build -> /usr/include/linux ?
или может быть ему можно указать где лежать header'ы другим, более правильным
способом?
