Перед тем, как обновиться, решил проверить старую версию.
Вот тут и поймал сегфолт.

На железо нареканий нет - работает давно на продакшене.

Сенсоры говорят, что все ОК.
Не могу, да и смысла нет - см. выше.

Я уже не. -(
Следов на сервере этого пакета уже нету.
Более того:
# apt-get remove atop

При удалении предыдущего пакета получил те же ошибки.
