Тогда непонятно. Не должно соседний модуль задевать теоретически, но в
практике я пас - у меня практически везде сетевые карты одинаковые как
раз и NEVER_RMMOD=yes. IP-интерфесы нормально индивидуально гасятся,
eth, сам по себе, не трогается. А, да, у меня они ещё называются классически:
eth0/1/2/3/...
