а какой оконный менеджер ?
хотя все равно должен при запуске Х стартовать.

:) да.
но если закоментировать, не будет.
в пакете есть
%config(noreplace) %_sysconfdir/xdg/autostart/beagled-autostart.desktop
%config(noreplace)%_sysconfdir/xdg/autostart/beagle-search-autostart.desktop
я сначала сделал запуск beagled в xdg/autostart, beagle-gui в
gnome/autostart, kerry в kde/autostart. Но в beagle-0.2.14 upstream
инсталирует автозапуск beagled и beagle-gui в xdg/autostart.
Я не стал это изменять.
