У меня подозрения на последний xvid (я его для сжатия видео использую), дома
откат (с одним ньюансом - все это хозяйство пересобираю под свою архитектуру)
устранил все артефакты.
P.S. Сейчас на работе проверил проигрывания видео пожатого прошлым xvid (ЕМНИП
1.1.0-alt7) - посыпались артефакты при использовании версии 1.1.1-alt1.
