Description :
digiKam - простая в использовании, но мощная программа управления
цифровыми фотогравиями, которая делает импорт, организацию и
манипулирование цифровыми фотографиями "мгновенным". Простой в
использовании интерфейс обеспечивает соединение с вашей цифровой
камерой, предварительный просмотр и загрузку и/или их удаление.
Встроенный редактор изображений digiKam делает распространённые
корректировки фотографий простой задачей. Редактор изображений может
расширяться за счёт плагинов.
digiKam может также использовать плагины поддержки изображений KIPI
для расширения своих возможностей в манипулировании фотографиями,

Description :
The Network Time Protocol (NTP) is used to synchronize the time
of a computer client or server to another server or reference time source,
such as a radio or satellite receiver or modem. It provides client
accuracies typically within a millisecond on LANs and up to a few tens of
milliseconds on WANs.
