На сайте. Из несколько неочевидных вещей, на который были
пойманы плавающие глюки (смахивающие на race цепочки dhcpcd-
ядро-ndiswrapper-драйвер-карточка-AP-win2k3-DHCP, причём
исправленный на линуксе) -- "essid default" в
/etc/net/ifaces/wlan0/iwconfig, после которого подъём
интерфейса в простой нешифрованной сети стал устойчивым.
Кажется, наитие пришло в процессе чтения troubleshooting
на ndiswrapper.sf.net.
Про содержимое options вида
TYPE=eth
MODULE=ndiswrapper
NEVER_RMMOD=yes
USE_HOTPLUG=no
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
#BOOTPROTO=static
вроде как всё сказано на wiki.sisyphus.ru/admin/etcnet

Говорят, да. С дровами от win64.
