Я не так давно (в конце года что ли)проделал достаточно
титаническую работу, пройдясь по всем FIXED багам и сделав
CLOSED, если это действительно могло считаться таковым.
Насколько я понял, проблема в том, что по какому-то поверию
считалось что CLOSED ставить не обязательно, и так хорошо. В
итоге этап проверки и подтверждения тем, кто сообщал о баге,
благополучно опускался в большом количестве случаев.
