Под линуксом: dosemu+freedos=(dos bootable diskette).
На полученную дискету дописываем "прошивальщик" (любой, лучше award - он
меньше) и саму прошивку, грузимся с дискеты и прошиваем. Напрямую под
линуксом не пробовал... Может на freebios.org (или как его там) поискать?
