Правы явно не вы: у меня в оффисе штук 50-60 компов с материнками Гигабайт
(ок. 80%) - все прошиваются и работают как надо, прошивки с сайта
производителя - делайте выводы (попробуйте отодрать наклейку Gygabyte с вашей
noname-платы:))
