Во-первых, _возможная_ ошибка. На самом деле её нет, так как в самом мануале
написано, что же это такое "исходный" и что такое "куда".
Во-вторых, где в исходном письме указано, что данную строку надо сравнить с
английским мануалом, а не с чем-то другим('info ln', 'ln --help', README из
пакета,...)?
В-третьих, способ есть: в таком случае надо было написать:

врёт насчёт указания где писать имя самого файла (понял как "куда") и
создаваемой на него ссылки (понял как "исходный"):
ln [опции] исходный [куда]
?
В man ln из пакета man-pages-X.YY-altZ написано:
ln [OPTION]... [-T] TARGET LINK_NAME (1st form)
где, по-моему, эти параметры указаны в обратном порядке.
Если перевод врёт, надо бы поправить, надоело наступать.
