Насколько я понимаю, smp-ядро на up машине несколько медленнее up-ядра.

С arch у меня что-то не сложилось. Почему-то от попыток им пользоваться
было ощущение хождения по минному полю и стучания вокруг граблями,
периодически задевая себе этими граблями в лоб. Чувствую себя ламером.
