Hi!
Наконец-то я собрался сделать пакет для этой программы. Что такое bitlbee
- это irc gateway для популярных IM сетей, поддерживается jabber,icq
(протокол oscar),msn,yahoo.
- В чем кайф: не нужен отдельный IM клиент для
общения, можно просто запустить, например, irssi, подсоединиться к
серверу, где запущен bitlbee, /join #bitlbee и создавать/подключать
контакты. Общение с IM происходит так же, как и с irc.
- В чем еще больший кайф: можно поставить где-то сервер с bitlbee, и потом
подсоединяться к нему откуда угодно, не теряя контакты и настройки,
любым irc клиентом. Лично для меня это удобно, т.к. psi для консоли
пока нет ;)
Замеченные глюки:
1) я так и не понял, как он кодирует/раскодирует сообщения от icq (похоже
не как), поэтому пока пользуюсь icq транспортом на jabber сервере.
2) почему не подключается jabber на altlinux.org - JID правильный, пароль
верный, а сервер говорит 401 Unauthorized (при этом psi соединяет влет).
Но это не сильно страшно.
Что добавлено относительно оригинальной сборки:
- добавлен патчик, позволяющий соединяться по произвольному порту на
jabber сервере + поддержка ssl сделана более документированной.
