Опишу как я понимаю (бо такой штукой не пользуюсь):
Есть такая штука - аудиоскробблер (http://www.audioscrobbler.com/), это такая
служба, зарегистрировавшись в которой можно получить "всякие вкусности", одна
из которых - исходя из вкусов слушателя предлагать ему похожие песни.
Очевидно, добавляет песни в плейлист из вашей же коллекции, хотя я не
пробовал.
Смотрите во вкладке "Audioscrobbler" в настройках всю информацию.
