Так, с lease file разобрался, надо было просто создать директорию (а почему
установочные скрипты этого не делают?). Так же, если закомментировать
в /etc/sysconfig/dnsmasq:
#ALL_DEV="eth1"
#OPTIONS="--bind-interfaces --interface eth1"
И вместо этого прописать аналогичные опции в /etc/dnsmasq.conf, то все
запускается и работает. Какой смысл в этом /etc/sysconfig/dnsmasq? Тем более
- нерабочем.
