Description :
Этот модуль предоставляет почти полное покрытие Sleepycat C API для
Среды Базы Данных, Базы данных, Курсора и Транзакции, и каждый из них
предоставляется как питоновский тип в модуле bsddb3.db. Объекты баз
данных могут использовать различные дисциплины доступа: btree, hash,
recno и queue. Это превый известный случай, когда все они поддержаны
питоновскими интерфейсами. Пожалуйста, смотрите документацию в пакете
или веб-сайте, что бы узнать детали предоставления методов и типов.

Description :
MySQLdb - это интерфейс к популярной СУБД MySQL для Python.

python-module-psycopg

Description :
psycopg is a PostgreSQL database adapter for the Python programming
language (just like pygresql and popy.) It was written from scratch with
the aim of being very small and fast, and stable as a rock. The main
advantages of psycopg are that it supports the full Python DBAPI-2.0 and
being thread safe at level 2.
