Всем доброго времени суток.
Собственно в чем сабж: пришлось недавно ставить сизиф на одну машинку,
поначалу было установлено ядро 2.4 и в качестве загрузчика grub, все было
прекрасно, но при установке ядра 2.6 система наотрез отказалась запускаться -
ядро не хотело видеть корневой раздел файловой системы. При изменении
параметров диска/раздела ответ ядра был одинаков (не помню в точности, но
ругалось, что не может найти файловую систему на устройстве с major, minor=0,
0 )
В ходе експериментов grub был заменен на lilo и все опять нормально
заработало. Так вот, к чему я веду - нелады какие-то с грабом, скорее всего -
передает ядру неверные параметры, проблема в принципе решена, да и мешинка та
уже не доступна, но кое-какие файлы я оттуда успел взять, может кому-то надо.
