Ну, это единственный вариант для того, чтобы привести систему хоть в
сколько-нибудь рабочее состояние :-)

Плакать, переустанавливая затронутые пакеты. Но вначале спросить
у inger, "а чо было-то ?!" и устранить проблему с альтернативами.
