Весьма вероятно, что win4lin не дружит с патчем Openwall. Как
минимум стоит попробовать напустить на все бинарники chstk -e.
Кроме того, ругань по поводу shared memory позволяет предположить,
что нужно сделать
echo 0 >/proc/sys/kernel/shm_destroy_unused
