Версия BIOS довольно старая - возможно, проблемы с ACPI происходят
именно отсюда.

А просто acpi_irq_nobalance (без pci=noacpi) не работает?
Если будете обновлять BIOS - пожалуйста, сначала проверьте
работоспособнойть с одним acpi_irq_nobalance (и сохраните вывод dmesg
и /proc/interrupts для этого варианта).
