1. в М2.2 нет control для cups
2. два абсолютно одинаковых мастера с одинаковой версией cups
по разному видят принтер с удаленной cups-машины
различие между ними стостоит только в том, что на одной из них есть
еще и реальный принтер. Соответственно, часть настрокек реального принтера
замечают отсутствующие настройки удаленного

но это в форме вывода, неизвестно, каковы эти настройки внутрях
Видимо веб-интерфейс просто не обнуляет соответствующие переменные в цикле обхода принтеров
скопировав и printers.conf на тестовую машину, мы видим, что информация, выводимая
веб-мордой - становится более полной, правда неясно. насколько она соответствует действительности
(см. выше)
самба правда все-равно не видит принтеров
ни одного
пойду по ссылкам разбираться
