Вы пытаетесь говорить прописные истины. Я не требую, чтобы меня
обслуживали, тем более гарантированно. Просто иногда у меня (да и у
многих тоже) возникают вопросы, на которые нужно получить ответ, тем
более известно, что есть люди, которые этот ответ дать могут. Молчание
же можно трактовать как угодно (я трактовал вот так, возможно это моя
ошибка).
Кстати, отрицательный ответ -- тоже ответ.
