Именно так, видимо придется еще и туда конфликт добавлять

Ээээ.... странно, у меня все работает.
Вопросов - во первых - была ли при первом запуске после
обновления до 0.9.0 конвертация конфигурации? Или вы не
обновляли?

Это из-за того, что kde запускает sim с параметром -session
<saved_session_id> - а sim почему-то этого не понимает

Насчет session - да. Остальное - скорее из-за отсуствия четко
прописанных конфликтов (сегодня соберу очередной cvs-снапшот и
заодно проставлю кофликты окончательно)
