А что тут странного? В Сизифе уже другие initscripts, поэтому такие
зависимости. Если нужно запустить его под ALM2.2, переписывайте spec на
старые initscripts (можно взять за пример .spec из Мастера), pam тут тоже
другой, надо менять Requires.
