Доброго времени суток.
Расслоение GNU build tools на устаревшие и современные версии
было продолжено раздвоением пакета libtool на libtool_1.4
и libtool_1.5. О libtool_1.5 известно, что он не работает
с autoconf_2.13 (libtool_1.4 работает с autoconf_2.5).
При наличии в системе обоих версий по умолчанию выбирается
1.5. Выбор версии для скриптов /usr/bin/libtool и
/usr/bin/libtoolize производится путем установки нужной
версии в переменной окружения LIBTOOL_VERSION.
В rpm для этой цели существует макрос %set_libtool_version.
Если пакету явно требуется для сборки autoconf 2.13
(и нет никакой возможности устранить несовместимость с
autoconf 2.5), скорее всего, понадобится и libtool 2.4.
При обновлении могут быть выданы предупреждения о создании
резервных копий
/usr/share/libtool.alternatives_save и
/usr/share/info/libtool.info.gz.alternatives_save
Это не фатально, копии можно стереть (убедившись, что
обновление прошло успешно).
Просьба опробовать сборку своих пакетов с тем libtool,
который им подходит, и сообщить о возникших проблемах.
