Начиная с апрельского (или февральского) снапшота в wine идет утилитка
wineboot, которая имитирует перезагрузку винды. И в частности запуск всех
приложений, которые сидят в
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce.
Так вот этого wineboot нет в апрельском снапшоте wine от ALT, который лежит
в Сизифе.
