Если совсем больше некому, то могу и я, но мантейнер из меня... Разве
что в unsopported попросить кого-нить положить. Всё лучше, чем
orphaned...

Старый рецепт (character.set=204 в session.properties) не подвёл.
Единственное, пока не поборол кракозябры в мастере создания проекта.
