Ещё 2 мысли:
1) cpan вам не подходит? всё подряд в rpm-ы заворачивать всё равно
смысла нет, т.к. весь cpan всё равно не завернуть, а если и завернуть, то
всё равно смысла нет. Однако если у вас есть какие-то доработки, или же
если пакет имеет какие-то особенности сборки, тогда конечно есть.
2) в ALT Linux сборка перловых модулей максимально облегчена и проходит
одинаково практически для всех пакетов. Однако она отличается от других
дистрибутивов. Возьмите в качестве примера из сизифа, например,
perl-Storable.
