Если проблема только в GRUB:
1) Найти однодискетный дистрибутив
2) Загрузиться, смонтировать разделы, chroot /mnt
3) grub
4) root (hd0,0) <- подставить свое
5) find /boot/grub/stage1
6) setup (hd0) <- подставить свое
Шаги 3-6 иногда удается заменить одним - grub-install /dev/hda
Если проблема шире -- битая разметка диска, пишите.
Напишите какой ошибкой ругается grub.
