См. в /etc/apt на предмет apt.conf.rpmnew. Если такой есть - переименуй в
apt.conf, если нет - см. apt.conf на предмет параметра Pubring. Должно быть
примерно так: Pubring "/usr/lib/alt-gpgkeys/pubring.gpg";
