Это очень грусная история.
У этой программы слишком долго не было мантейнера, и она теперь orphaned.
Если мантейнер не найдется, то в наших дистрибутивах её не будет. :(
Я не понимаю, как такое могло получиться; неужели никто из packager'ов не
использует freeciv в своей повседневной работе? :)
