Здравствуйте,
Сделал на днях dist-upgrade, в результате которого обновился до
kernel 2.4.19-alt0.8, XFree 4.2.1-alt4 и драйверов nVidia версии 3123
Наблюдается следующее поведение XFree - KDE нормально загружается, играет
стартовый звучок, на экране - полосатая картинка. Вместо мышиного курсора
какая-то белая полоска. Пока еще не висим - по сети машина отвечает.
Пробуем переключиться в консоль, или застопить X с помощью
Ctrl-Alt-Backspace - все, мертвое зависание, машина даже не пингуется
больше. Пробовал собрать драайверы nVidia сам - gcc-2.96 они собираться не
хотят, т.к. ядро собрано gcc-3.2. А когда собираю драйверы с помощью gcc-3.2, лезет
куча ошибок сборки. Кстати интересно, как их обошли в ALT?
