Почему же? А если userdir указать другой? И galeon2 AIK смотрит все флаги
в .pc файлах, что удобно для раздельных сборок. Тем более, можно собирать
"упрощенную" мозиллу (например, один броузер). Насчет конфигурации не
скажу, но у меня реально живут на одной машине galeon2, смотрящий
настройки в .galeon2, galeon обычный, сидящий в .galeon, gtk1 мозилла,
юзающая .mozilla, и mozilla gtk2, юзающая .mozilla2. gtk2 сборки живут в
/opt и неплохо уживаются с gtk1 сборками.
