Ну, его UTF'ность мне пока не видна, а поднимается он просто махом :-)
Может, потому что я его, в основном, через C-A-n, C-A-m поднимаю :-)

Нет, речь именно о GTK+ диаложках открытия файла. А что, в GNOME2 придумали
что-то свое, гномоспецифичное по сравнению с GTK+2 версией?
